The Los Angeles woman was trapped in a car and had to be extricated.
Boyle Heights, CA. – A 25-year-old woman died in a car crash in Boyle Heights on Friday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Fourth Street and Clarence Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash.
25-year-old Yennifer Anguiano Romero of Los Angeles was trapped in a car and had to be extricated.
The woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
A second person was evaluated at the scene and released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
