San Bernardino, CA. – One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision on Friday morning near Lake Arrowhead in San Bernardino.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 5:54 a.m. on Highway 18.
A Chevrolet Silverado and a GMC pickup truck were involved in a head-on collision.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Mountains Community Hospital for treatment.
