Santa Clarita, CA. – Thirteen people were injured in a crash involving a transit bus on Wednesday morning in Santa Clarita.
According to the police, the accident happened around 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Centre Pointe Parkway and Golden Valley Road.
A Santa Clarita Valley Transit bus, a truck carrying a full load of dirt and gravel and a white sedan were involved in the crash. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
The truck overturned, spilling gravel across the road.
Ten people were transported to local hospitals, including nine for basic life support and one on advanced life support.
Three people were treated at the scene and released.
