Stockton, CA – Authorities have released the identity of a woman killed in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday morning in San Joaquin County.

Loretta May Larson, 91, of Riverbank, according to the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office, was killed in the incident that took place on Henry Road, south of Hall Avenue at around 11:43 a.m. March 21.

Investigations revealed that Larson was driving a Cadillac on Henry Road when she pulled over to the shoulder of the roadway to make a U-turn.

As she tried to make the turn, the Cadillac was hit by a Toyota Tundra driven by a 25-year-old man.

Emergency personnel arrived shortly after and attended to the involved parties.

Larson was declared deceased at the site of the collision. The driver of the Toyota was treated by medics for minor injuries at the scene.

There were no further details on the incident. The California Highway Patrol is handling an ongoing investigation to establish the exact cause of the crash.
