Mission Hills, CA – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a vehicle in the Mission Hills area of Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The incident was reported at about 4 p.m. March 15, in the 15237 block of Brand Boulevard.

Preliminary reports indicate that a westbound motorcyclist slammed into a vehicle that was making a left turn from eastbound Brand Boulevard into a private property.

The manner in which the vehicles collided was still being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department officers, who immediately responded to the scene of the incident.

The motorcyclist, who was not immediately identified, was declared deceased at the site of the accident.
