Barstow, CA – One person was seriously injured in a semi-truck accident that happened Monday evening in Barstow, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The responders found a semi-truck and a blue Honda Accord involved in the collision.
The driver of the Honda sustained serious injuries to the face. The patient was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
Details about the cause and manner of the crash, and if anyone else was injured, were not immediately available.
CHP is investigating the accident.
