Snoqualmie Pass, WA – A man from Auburn was killed in a collision involving a vehicle and a big rig near the Snoqualmie Pass on Wednesday afternoon.
The Washington State Patrol reported that the accident occurred on Interstate 90, nearly 22 miles west of Cle Elum, at around 4 p.m. on January 7.

Troopers with the Washington State Patrol and medical crews responded to the scene of the crash. The driver of the Honda was declared deceased at the scene. while the operator of the semi-truck was uninjured in the accident.
WSP said the driver of the Honda was a 21-year-old man from Auburn. His name was not immediately released.
The crash caused traffic delays for an extended period of time as officials investigated and cleared the scene
