Arcadia, CA. – A man was killed Thursday morning when his car went over the side of a cliff in the Angeles National Forest near Arcadia.
The crash was reported around 8 a.m. on Chantry Flat Road near the Santa Anita Dam, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
A county worker reportedly saw the vehicle teetering over the edge before it plunged down the embankment.
Authorities said the man was ejected from the vehicle, dying at the scene.
The Sierra Madre Fire Department assisted deputies at the scene.
The cause of the Accident remains under investigation.
