Arcadia, CA. – A man who was killed Thursday morning after his vehicle went over the side of a cliff in the Angeles National Forest near Arcadia has been identified.
The victim was 29-year-old Mark Camberos, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The fatal crash was reported around 8 a.m. on Chantry Flat Road near the Santa Anita Dam, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Temple Station.
A county worker spotted a car leaning over a cliff before it went down the embankment toward the road leading to the dam.
Details remain unclear on how the vehicle ended up in that position.
Officials said the driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

A county worker reportedly saw the vehicle teetering over the edge before it plunged down the embankment.
Authorities said the man was ejected from the vehicle, dying at the scene.
The Sierra Madre Fire Department assisted deputies at the scene.
