The accident happened around 7:20 p.m. on October 13 in the 10000 block of Duncan Road between Braceo Street and Locust Avenue west of Highway 395.

Victorville, CA – A person was critically injured Monday night in a pedestrian accident in Victorville, according to the CHP.

The accident happened around 7:20 p.m. on October 13 in the 10000 block of Duncan Road between Braceo Street and Locust Avenue west of Highway 395.

CHP said a female pedestrian was struck by a black 2017 Honda Accord LX. She was taken to a local hospital in grave condition.

The male driver of the Honda remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The vehicle had extensive front-end and windshield damage.

The accident closed both directions of Duncan Road.

The CHP is investigating the accident.
