Highland, CA – The authorities have identified a woman who was hit and killed at an intersection in Highland last week on Friday.
The San Bernardino County Medical Examiner identified the woman as Tammie Downer, a 53-year-old resident of Colton.
The deadly auto-pedestrian crash happened on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:17 p.m., at the intersection of Baseline Street and Valaria Drive in Highland.
Authorities said Tammie Downer was hit by a vehicle, but limited information regarding the incident was provided.
Downer was pronounced dead at the scene.
