Avondale, AZ – One person was killed in a solo-car accident in Avondale early Saturday morning, according to the authorities.
The authorities have identified the deceased person as 46-year-old Andy Alvarado Ramirez.
Investigators said Andy Ramirez was in a Ford pickup that crashed into the guardrail on the right-hand side of Interstate 10 Freeway.
The deadly crash occurred just after 1:00 a.m. on August 16 on Interstate 10 near 107th Avenue.
Ramirez was pronounced dead.
It was unclear if speed or impairment were a factor in the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
