Corona, CA – The authorities have released the identity of the person who died in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 91 in Corona Monday afternoon.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Jaren Wilson, a 25-year-old Corona man.
Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene a few minutes after a Nissan sedan and a Chevrolet sedan collided at about 3:59 p.m. on August 18, on eastbound Riverside (91) Freeway at west Sixth Street off-ramp.

Corona, CA – One person died in a traffic collision that happened Monday afternoon in downtown Corona, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck occurred around 4 p.m. on the eastbound Riverside (91) Freeway between Serfas Club Drive and West Sixth Street.
According to CHP, a Nissan sedan and a Chevrolet sedan were involved in the crash.
The Nissan overturned on the shoulder of the freeway, ejecting the driver.
A big rig may also have been involved in the crash, but it appeared one sedan clipped the semi-truck after the two cars collided.
The Corona Fire Department responded to the scene shortly after the collision.
The driver who was ejected was pronounced dead at the scene.
The condition of the other driver was not mentioned.
Investigators closed the slow lane and the Sixth Street off-ramp following the crash.
