Sacramento, CA.- Three people were killed in a suspected DUI accident in Sacramento on Saturday morning, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

The incident happened on Roseville Road and Connie Drive at about 1 a.m. August 2.

According to police, a truck collided with a second vehicle and the impact caused one party to be ejected.

Two others were trapped in the vehicle, which burst into flames after the crash.

The trapped parties and the ejected victim were all pronounced deceased at the scene.

The identities of the deceased victims were not released pending notification of the next-of-kin.

Police reported that the driver of the truck was suspected of impairment.

The incident is under investigation.
