Police said Sterling was walking across the road when she was hit by a westbound vehicle
Latisha Sterling Killed in Phoenix Crash on Indian School Road
Phoenix, AZ.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Phoenix on Friday night, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The accident took place just before 9:30 p.m. August 16, on Indian School Road near 67th Avenue.
Police said Sterling was walking across the road when she was hit by a westbound vehicle.
Sterling was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene after the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
