Rice, CA – Three people were killed in a fiery two-vehicle collision that happened in Rice on Friday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident took place at around 8:21a.m. May 22, on State Route 62 near Rice Road.

Both vehicles burst into flames after the crash and the occupants of both vehicles were trapped in the wreckage.
The two occupants of one of the vehicles and the second driver were all declared deceased at the scene. The identities of the involved individuals were not immediately released pending notification of the next-of-kin.
