Woman Killed in Los Angeles Crash on Foothill Boulevard near McVine Avenue

, CA. – A 60-year-old woman was killed in a car crash that left two other people injured on Tuesday in Sunland.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened around 4:33 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard, near McVine Avenue and the Haines Canyon Channel.

Two vehicles were involved in the evening collision, but it was unclear what led up to the accident.

The woman was trapped inside a car and had to be extricated by firefighters. Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

A 60-year-old man was critically injured and was transported to hospital together with a 35-year-old woman who was listed in fair condition.

More details about the accident were not released.
