Two others – 22-year-old G. Gonzalez of Canyon Country and 57-year-old S. Hernandez-Trinidad of Santa Clarita – suffered major injuries in the accident.

Acton, CA. – 22-year-old M. Calzada and 22-year-old P. Gomez, both Canyon Country residents, have been identified as the two people who died Tuesday morning in a head-on crash in Acton, as per a local news source.
Two others – 22-year-old G. Gonzalez of Canyon Country and 57-year-old S. Hernandez-Trinidad of Santa Clarita – suffered major injuries in the accident.
The wreck occurred around 6:20 a.m. on Sierra Highway near Crown Valley Road.
According to investigators, Calzada was driving a black Infiniti Q50 when he lost control of the vehicle and crossed into opposing traffic.
The Infiniti collided head-on with a blue Honda Odyssey driven by Hernandez-Trinidad.
Calzada and his front passenger – Gomez – died in the crash.
Gonzalez was sitting in the rear passenger seat of the Infiniti and sustained major injuries.
Hernandez-Trinidad also suffered major injuries.
Police officers said Calzada and Gonzalez were not wearing seatbelts.
The California Highway Patrol Antelope Valley area is investigating the crash.
