Richland, WA – The Richland Police Department has identified a rider killed in a DUI accident Saturday night in Richland as Jhoser Sanchez.
The wreck was reported on State Route 240, on March 1.
According to the Richland Police Department, Trooper Sarah Clasen, 35, was off duty in her personal vehicle when she was involved in a crash with a motorcycle rider on the highway.
Sanchez was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Clasen was suspected of being under the influence, arrested for vehicular homicide, and booked into the Benton County Jail.
Richland Police is conducting the investigation.
