The incident took place on State Route 86 just before 7:36 a.m. September 3.
According to the report, a blue Chevy Silverado, a semi-truck and another vehicle were involved in the accident.
The male driver of the Chevy was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:36 a.m. on southbound Highway 86 near Avenue 50.
A semi-truck and a blue Chevrolet Silverado were involved in the wreck.
Firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with moderate injuries.
The Chevrolet was towed away with major crash damage.
Traffic was backed up to Dillon Road following the accident.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
