Ukiah, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a head-on collision that happened Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Ukiah. The crash closed traffic lanes in the area, affecting traffic flow.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the wreck transpired around 5:25 p.m. in the 1291 block of Talmage Road at Sanford Ranch Road.
A small car and an SUV were traveling in unspecified directions when they collided head-on for an unknown reason. The vehicles stopped blocking traffic lanes.
Police officers and firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the eastbound lane of Talmage Road. The firefighters transported one person to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision.
