A black Jeep Grand Cherokee and a white Chevrolet SUV were involved in the crash.
An occupant in the Chevrolet was stuck inside the vehicle after the crash.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found at least one person suffering from severe injuries. The victim was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
The eastbound lanes of S Tegner Road were blocked following the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
