
Tulare County, CA. – A man was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car near Poplar in Tulare County.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the auto-pedestrian accident happened shortly before midnight on State Route 190 near Road 200.
The man was walking along State Route 190 when he was hit by a 2020 Dodge Charger driven by a 23-year-old woman.
The man was injured and was immediately taken to Sierra View Medical Center by the driver of the Charger.
Police believe that alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
Visibility in the area was low at the time of the accident.
