According to the California Highway Patrol, Daniel was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on Highway 99 when he collided with a southbound white Nissan Rogue

Yuba City, CA.- The man who was killed in a motorcycle crash that occurred in Yuba City on Wednesday morning has been identified as Timothy Daniel, 61, of Live Oak, according to the Sutter County Sheriff's Office.
The wreck took place on Highway 99 near Bogue Road at around 9 a.m. July 30.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Daniel was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on Highway 99 when he collided with a southbound white Nissan Rogue.
The Nissan was making a turn onto Bogue Road on a red light while the motorcyclist was on a green light.
Daniel was rushed to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Nissan was treated for minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
