Thurston County, WA – One person was severely injured in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on State Route 507 in Thurston County on Tuesday evening.

Investigations into the incident reveal that three vehicles were involved in the crash and at least two of them crashed head-on. No immediate details were available on the circumstances that led to the incident and WSP is still investigating.
The WSP and emergency crews responded to the scene and helped those involved in the accident.
One person was determined to have sustained serious injuries. It’s unclear whether the patient was transported to a hospital by medics.
The driver who caused the crash was reportedly arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The involved persons were not identified in the WSP report.
State Route 507 was shut down between Koeppen Road Southeast and Manke Road for an unspecified period of time as investigators and emergency personnel worked at the scene.
