Tucson, AZ.- A teenager was seriously hurt in an auto-pedestrian accident in Tucson on Thursday morning, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The accident occurred outside the Sunnyside High School near East Bilby Road and South Campbell Avenue.
A 17-year-old student was hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk near the intersection.
It's unclear how the incident happened.
The teen was treated for minor injuries.
The identities of the involved parties were not immediately released.
The Tucson Police Department is investigating the accident.
