
Snohomish, WA.- One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident that happened in Snohomish on Wednesday morning, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident was reported shortly after 5:30 a.m. December 3, 2025, on State Route 9.
A truck traveling on SR 9 went off the roadway and slammed into a tree. The truck burst into flames following the crash.
The sheriff’s officials and the Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue responded to the incident and helped put out the fire. The driver was pulled out of the vehicle and was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
The crash caused the closure of SR 9 for one hour as authorities examined and cleared the scene. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
