Apache Junction, AZ– Several people were hurt in a crash involving a motorist suspected of DUI in Apache Junction on Monday night.

At about 7:47 p.m. November 10, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a collision on US 60 at the Meridian Road overpass.

There were two vehicles involved in the crash but the manner in which they collided was not immediately released.

Several parties were transported with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

One of the drivers was suspected to have been impaired.

Authorities are still investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
