Santa Clarita, CA – At least one person died in a possible head-on collision involving a wrong-way driver that happened Friday afternoon in Santa Clarita, authorities reported.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the wreck occurred around 2:40 p.m., May 29, on Newhall Ranch Road between Rye Canyon Road and Copper Hill Drive.
A car that was traveling in the wrong direction collided with another car, possibly head-on.
At least one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
