The train hit a pedestrian on the tracks under unclear circumstances. It’s unclear why the pedestrian was on the tracks at the time of the crash.
The pedestrian, who was not immediately identified, died at the site of the accident.
The accident caused the closure of Milpas Street as authorities conducted investigations into the crash.
