San Ramon, CA – One person was sent to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon in San Ramon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 5:21 p.m. on northbound Interstate 680 at the Alcosta Boulevard off-ramp.

A Tesla and another vehicle were involved in the collision. The Tesla sustained major front-end damage.

Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with minor injuries.

Authorities are investigating the collision.
