San Jose, CA. – One person was injured in a two-car accident on Saturday afternoon in San Jose.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1:01 p.m. near Payne Avenue and Stockbridge Drive.

A black Toyota RAV4 and a black Nissan Altima were involved in the accident, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.

Authorities say at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
