San Diego County, CA – At least one person was hospitalized after a Thursday night collision on State Route 67 near Lakeside in San Diego County.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the crash occurred just before 11 p.m. on June 11, 2026, near the 14445 block of SR-67.
A 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 and a white 4-door sedan were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles overturned onto its side. Good Samaritans helped the occupants of one of the vehicles to get out.
San Diego Fire Medic 80 responded to the scene and transported at least one person to Palomar Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
No other details were available, but an investigation is ongoing.
