San Diego, CA – A man was struck and injured by an MTS bus Friday night in the Lincoln Park community of San Diego, the San Diego Police Department reported.

The incident transpired around 10:35 p.m. on August 14, 2026, in the 200 block of Euclid Avenue.

A 63-year-old man was standing in the No. 2 lane when he was hit by an MTS bus traveling southbound.

The man sustained an open compound fracture to his tibia and fibula. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.

SDPD is investigating the accident.
