Samuel Gray killed in head-on collision on Hageman Road near Martin Avenue in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, CA. – 75-year-old Samuel Reed Gray, of Roseburg, Oregon, has been identified as the man who died in a car crash in Bakersfield in November.
The fatal crash happened around 3:10 a.m. on November 5, on Hageman Road east of Martin Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 70-year-old man of Roseburg, Oregon was driving a 1973 Jeep pulling a trailer eastbound on Hageman Road when he veered into the westbound lane and collided head-on with an oncoming semi-truck.
Gary was driving the Jeep and was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
