Sacramento, CA – A multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon on Interstate 5 in Sacramento resulted in minor injuries.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the pileup was reported around 3:03 p.m., April 6, on the southbound I-5 near the J Street off-ramp.
At least five vehicles were involved in the accident. One of the cars had possibly been drinking prior to the collision.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries in the crash. It was unclear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
