Corona, CA. – A motorcyclist was killed Sunday night in a collision with a car on Cajalco Road in Corona, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 8:45 p.m. on Cajalco Road east of Eagle Canyon Road, near the El Cerrito area of Riverside County.
CHP officials said the motorcycle collided with a black sedan, and a witness reported the rider appeared unresponsive following the impact.
One of the vehicles reportedly went off the roadway and landed about 300 feet down a canyon.
Cajalco Road was closed between Temescal Canyon Road and La Sierra Avenue as investigators worked to determine the cause of the crash.
