Seattle, WA.- A motorcycle rider was injured in a collision that occurred on Thursday evening in Seattle, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident took place in the 1600 block of Harbor Avenue SW at around 9 p.m. August 28.
An 18-year-old man was reportedly riding a motorcycle when he was involved in a crash with a vehicle on the street.
The rider was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police reported that the motorcyclist's speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
A section of Harbor Avenue SW was shut down temporarily for the investigation.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
