Portland, OR – A pedestrian was severely injured when he was hit by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Portland, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

According to authorities, a vehicle hit a man walking in the area. It’s unclear whether the victim was in a crosswalk when the incident happened.
Police found the victim at the scene with serious, non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a hospital for treatment. Police did not immediately release the identity of the injured pedestrian.
