San Francisco, CA.- A pedestrian died days after being involved in a collision in the Sunnyvale neighborhood of San Francisco earlier this month, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The incident took place at Carter Street and Geneva Avenue on January 21.

The police reported that a 77-year-old woman was hit by a vehicle at the intersection under unclear circumstances.

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased on Tuesday, January 28.
