Fresno, CA.- A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle at an intersection in Fresno on Saturday, according to the Fresno police.
The incident occurred on Ashlan and West avenues on Saturday, October 11.
A 30-year-old man was reportedly struck by a vehicle near the intersection and the involved driver fled the scene before police arrived.
The pedestrian was being treated for a cut to his head and was expected to recover.
There were no details on the suspect or vehicle involved in the hit-and-run.
