Sacramento, CA.- A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle in Sacramento on Tuesday evening, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
The accident took place on Altos and Grand avenues at about 6:45 p.m. January 7.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene after the crash.
