A 37-year-old man was driving a 1993 Chevrolet Astro van west on Ocean View Boulevard when he struck a man who walked into the roadway
San Diego, CA.- A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle in San Diego on Friday evening.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident took place on Ocean View Boulevard at around 7:24 p.m. September 25.
A 37-year-old man was driving a 1993 Chevrolet Astro van west on Ocean View Boulevard when he struck a man who walked into the roadway.
The victim was taken to a hospital with major injuries including a skull fracture and brain bleed.
Alcohol is not suspected to have played a role in the incident, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
