The incident took place just after 8:30 p.m. October 18, on Broadway and Williams Street.
According to the report, a 25-year-old man was walking in the crosswalk when he was hit by a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist and the pedestrian were rushed to Marian Medical Center, where the rider was pronounced deceased.
The motorcyclist was hospitalized with major injuries.
