San Rafael, CA. – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle Friday morning at an intersection in San Rafael, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 10:02 a.m. on 337 Point San Pedro Road at Balboa Avenue.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found an unidentified pedestrian hit by a green Chevrolet Tahoe.
The victim was transported to Marin General Hospital with unknown injuries.
Authorities are investigating to establish what circumstances led to the crash.
