Ontario, CA – Two drivers who were street racing caused a rollover collision that resulted in minor injuries Friday evening in Ontario.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported around 7:42 p.m. on September 4, 2026, on State Route 60, west of Vineyard Avenue.

Reportedly, a BMW and a Corvette were street racing when they triggered a collision involving a semi-truck and a silver sedan. The semi-truck overturned onto its side in the crash.

The two vehicles that were racing continued driving after the collision. It was unclear if any of them was impacted in the crash.

Minor injuries were reported in the accident. Paramedics responded and provided medical aid to those involved. The report did not mention if anyone was hospitalized.

Several traffic lanes remained closed during the investigation and while the big rig was being uprighted.
