Ontario, CA – At least one person suffered major injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning in Ontario, the California Highway Patrol reported.

According to CHP, a white Ford Transit van, a white Toyota Tacoma, a white Ford pickup truck, and a fourth vehicle were involved in the collision. The vehicles were left blocking the traffic lanes.
A passenger in the van reportedly had their leg stuck.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained major injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
