Antioch, CA. – One person died in a wrong-way collision that happened Tuesday night on a transition road in Antioch, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The accident transpired around 9:23 p.m. on the eastbound State Route 4 to the southbound State Route 160 connector road.

Three vehicles were involved in the accident. One of the vehicles overturned onto its roof.

Reportedly, one of the cars was traveling the wrong way and caused the crash.

One person was killed in the accident, the report said.

Authorities are investigating the collision.
