Claremont, CA – One person was killed after two vehicles collided on Interstate 10 in Claremont early Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The fatal crash occurred at around 3:16 a.m. on November 8, 2025, along the westbound I-10 near Indian Hill Boulevard. The collision prompted major lane closures in the Baldwin Park area for several hours.
According to CHP logs, a gray Toyota Camry and a gray Toyota Tundra were blocking the slow lane following the crash. A white Dodge 3500 pickup truck was reported on the right shoulder shortly after. Authorities initially held all lanes due to debris and tire friction near the county line before reopening some lanes later in the morning.
CHP confirmed that one person was killed in the collision. No additional injuries or arrests were immediately reported.
Multiple westbound lanes were closed for several hours while investigators worked the scene, causing significant traffic delays. All lanes were reopened by around 7:51 a.m., according to CHP updates.
The cause of the Baldwin Park crash remains under investigation.
