Escondido, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Thursday night in Escondido, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 9:23 p.m. on Old Highway 395 near 15 Freeway.
A silver Toyota pickup truck and a silver Toyota Highlander were involved in the crash.
Both drivers were able to exit their vehicles after the crash.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to Palomar Medical Center with unknown injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away with major front-end damage.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
